Day 1 of 28 day mostly raw challenge...

I decided today to challenge myself to cut out all refined sugars, proccessed foods and eat mostly raw for 28 days. People say it takes about 28 days to start a new habit (or lifestyle in this case) so here I go.

Today I ate...

Green Lemonade

Salad with veggies
Bumble Bar

Flax crackers

Zucchini "pasta" with pesto
sprouted grain bread

Blended banana "frozen yogurt" with a small piece of dark chocolate

I also ordered an excalibur dehydrator... I can't wait to get it!!!
