Today is day 3 of my raw challenge.

I feel great! Yesterday I ate mainly raw foods... I had..

Green lemonade
Fruit Salad (mixed fruit)

Raw "chips"

Salad
Lara Bar

Zucchini "pasta" with sundried pesto sauce (YUM!)
Carrot renew soup

"Pecan Pie" (Dried date stuffed with a pecan)

I am loggin my intake with the help of my gowear fit armband and their easy program online. I love it. I am feeling wonderful and excited to make a change for a healthier life!
