Out to Harbin...

So I took a drive out to Harbin Hot Springs which is close to where I live. They have a great market full of organic and raw goodies. I tried my first thai young coconut, which the kind clerk opened right there for me. I slurped the water out and boy was it yummy! I also bought some raweos, so good! If anyone has a copycat recipe for these please let me know because they are so good but so expensive!
