While browsing online I stummbled across cafe gratitudes challenge of doing a juice feast every first week of the month. I signed up and ama excited and scared to get started on march 1st. If you want more information check out cafegratitude.com. I will try to post everyday to keep you posted on what I am feasting on and how things are going.
On another note.... I realized I have been eating far too many nuts and dried fruits and late at night. I also was not combining foods well. So I pulled out the raw food detox diet by Natalia Rose and refreshed my knowledge on her concepts. I am doing better at keeping in mind what foods to combine and what not to combine.
Do you only combine certain foods?
