Sunday...

I got up nice and early this morning and went for a 6.5 mile run... perfect way to start the day! Then I made a recipe from Natalia Rose's book and LOVED it... I had to share...

Carrot renew soup

2 cups carrot juice
1/2 advacado
curry powder
ginger

Blend it all together... SO GOOD!
