Fruit Cookies... totally versitile recipe.

Raw Fruit Cookies

1 apple or pear, peeled and chopped (can also use pineapple)

1/3 cup raisins (or any other dried fruit)

2/3 cup unsweetened organic dried shredded coconut

*1/3 cup raw almond butter (or any raw nut butter)

Mix together all ingredients and do one of the following…

Form into balls and refrigerate until set.


Form into balls and press flat onto a nonstick dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate to the desired dryness at 105 degrees.

*For a nut free cookie, substitute the nut butter for 1/3 cup shredded coconut soaked in water for one hour then squeezed to remove excess water.
