Raw Banana Coconut Bar
2 Bananas
1/4 cup flax meal
Blend these in a blender until smooth
2 Cups shredded unsweetened coconut
Stir into banana mixture
If mixture is too thick to spread add a little water or coconut water.
Spread onto non-stick dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate for 6 hours at 105 degrees. Turn over onto dehydrator tray and score into bars. Continue to dehydrate overnight or until completely dry. Enjoy!
If desired (they are fabulous as is and don't need it... trust me) add raspberries, strawberries or mango to the mix.
